EXHIBITION REQUEST FORM

EXHIBITION GAME REQUEST

A request for an exhibition game sanction number is required for ALL exhibition games.

The HOSTING team is to request the Exhibition Game Sanction 7 days prior to game date.

All GAME SHEETS ARE TO BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF GAME COMPLETION AS AN eGAMESHEET.
