Coach Award
The Coach of the Year Awards is to recognize dedication and commitment to coaching in Lethbridge Minor Hockey. The recipient will be selected for their outstanding achievement for their unique contribution to the advancement and well-being of athletes and minor hockey. The award is intended to reflect the accomplishments and contributions for the 2022-23 season.

Managers Award
The Dean Paisley Award is given to a Manager who reflect dedication to their team through countless hours of volunteer work, often behind the scene. This manager has displayed exceptional organizational and planning skills. Gives effort above and beyond what is necessary. Has a positive impact on their respective team, has shown effective communication and promotes genuine respect for players, coaches, officials, opponents and parents. This individual represents a positive public image for Lethbridge Minor Hockey.
