The new Respect in Sport (RIS) Program launched by Hockey Alberta must be taken by all parents who are registering for the 2010-2011 season. The RIS must be completed prior to/at time of registration to receive the $15 discount. All members must be completed by Nov. 1st if your RIS number was not presented prior to/at registration there will not be a $15 refund given. If RIS is not completed by Nov. 1st, the player/s will not be allowed to participate in any team functions until the certificate # has been presented to the office. Moving or moved? All members that have moved within the last 6 months must fill out a Parent Declaration Form. All new registrations must also provide proof of Birthdates which can be passport, birth certificate etc..
